RETURN POLICY

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of receiving your item. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by our refund policy. Additionally, there will be a 15% restocking fee applied to any open box items being returned to Podium 1 Racing warehouse.

For a return to be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate the return process, please contact us at steve@podium1racing.com. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for selecting your preferred carrier, preparing the items for shipment, and handing them off to your chosen carrier. Please note that we will not accept items sent back to us without a prior return request.

Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly inspect it. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:
Unfortunately, custom products such as Turnkeys or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Exchanges:
The most efficient way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Cancellations:

If the item(s) have not shipped and needs to be cancelled, cancel your transaction or email Steve@podium1racing.com and we cancel the order. No restocking fee will be charged. If turnkeys are cancelled due to the nature of the transaction price and the credit card processing fees incurred, there will be a 5% fee.
